RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Every order is covered by our 30-Day Defect Warranty. Any-reason returns are available as an add-on at checkout.

At Liberty Shield Apparel, we stand behind every shirt we print. If we got it wrong, we make it right — free. If you simply changed your mind, we offer that too, as an optional add-on.

30-Day Defect Warranty — included with every order

We cover the following at no cost to you, for 30 days from delivery:

• Misprinted, cracked, peeling, or off-center graphics
• Wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color shipped
• Defective garment: holes, broken stitching, or fabric flaws
• Item damaged on arrival

Remedy: a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not pay return shipping, and no processing fee applies.

This coverage applies to every item at every price, including archive and reduced-price designs.

To file a claim, email support@libertyshieldapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Changed your mind? Add 30-Day Any-Reason Returns at checkout

Because every shirt is printed to order, we do not accept returns for fit, preference, or change of mind unless you add 30-Day Any-Reason Returns ($5.95) to your order at checkout.

With the add-on, you get:

• Return for any reason within 30 days of delivery
• A free return shipping label (US orders)
• No processing or restocking fee
• Full refund to your original payment method

Items returned under this add-on must be unworn, unwashed, in brand-new condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Without the add-on, returns for fit, preference, or change of mind cannot be accepted. The 30-Day Defect Warranty above still applies to every order regardless.

Not covered

• Custom or personalized products
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
• Normal wear from use over time

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return or claim

1. Email support@libertyshieldapparel.com with your order number.
2. For a defect claim, attach a photo of the issue.
3. We will email you a return label or arrange a replacement.
4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of inspection.

Please contact us before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may delay processing.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed. After that, production has usually begun and we can no longer make changes.

1-Year Fade-Free Fabric Guarantee

Separately from the return window, the base fabric color of your shirt is guaranteed against fading for 1 year from delivery. If the garment color fades under normal care, we will replace the shirt.

This guarantee covers the fabric color only. Printed graphics are not included. It offers replacement only — no refunds or store credit.

Coverage requires that care instructions were followed: machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Damage from bleach, hot water, or high-heat drying is not covered.

Important notes

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• All returns are subject to inspection.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet this policy.

This policy is subject to applicable law. Some states may offer additional rights.
