RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Free 30-Day Returns — Zero risk, no questions asked.

At Liberty Shield Apparel, we stand behind every shirt. If it’s not right for you, return it within 30 days — completely free of charge.

30-Day Free Return Eligibility

To qualify, the item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Completely unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition
• All original tags and labels still attached
• Returned in its original packaging

All returns are subject to inspection and final approval at Liberty Shield Apparel’s sole discretion. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale, clearance, or final sale
• Custom or personalized products
• Any item missing tags or original packaging
• Items showing signs of use or customer misuse

How to Process Your Free Return

1. Email support@libertyshieldapparel.com with your order number.
2. We will send you a free return shipping label (US orders).
3. Package the item securely in original condition.
4. Ship it back using our label.

Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), we will process your refund.

Restocking & Processing Fee

All returns are subject to a $7.95 restocking and processing fee per order. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Color Fading & 1-Year Guarantee

For color fading issues after the 30-day return window, please refer to our separate 1-Year Limited Fade-Free Warranty (base fabric color only — printed graphics excluded).
