Thank you for shopping at Liberty Shield Apparel. Below is our shipping information and expectations.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

• 1–3 business days for apparel
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day

During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times (U.S.):

• Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for:

• Delays due to incorrect addresses
• Lost packages caused by wrong address input

If the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Liberty Shield Apparel is not responsible for:

• Packages marked "Delivered" but not received
• Carrier delays
• Stolen packages

For issues, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the United States only.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped.
